Refund policy

We accept refunds within 21 days. Don't love it? Send it back. You pay return shipping. We refund the rest.

What's covered

If you're not happy with your Mood order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. This applies whether you've opened it, tried it, hated the flavor, decided you don't like the packaging, or just changed your mind.

Yes — we mean it on opened products too. Supplements that didn't work for you shouldn't sit in your drawer forever. Send it back.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@drinkmood.com with your order number and a one-line note about why you're returning.
  2. We'll send you our return address (we don't print return labels — see "Why" below).
  3. Ship it back at your own cost. Use any carrier with tracking.
  4. Once we receive it, we'll refund the original purchase price (minus original shipping if it was paid — though most of our orders ship free) within 5 business days.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. We don't do store credit unless you specifically ask for it.

Why you pay return shipping

Honest answer: we're a small brand and pre-paid return labels at our scale would mean raising prices on everyone to cover the few who return. We'd rather keep prices where they are and let the small percentage who return cover their own shipping.

If the return is our fault — wrong product shipped, damaged in transit, defective — we cover return shipping. Just tell us when you email and include a photo if it's a damage issue.

Subscription and bundle returns

We don't offer subscriptions, so this doesn't apply.

For bundle orders (multiple products bought together), you can return individual items from a bundle — we'll refund the prorated value of what you sent back. The bundle discount stays applied to the items you keep.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement at our cost — no need to return the damaged item. We'd rather you donate it or compost the packaging than ship damaged goods back to us.

Lost or stolen orders

If you have Shipping Insurance, see the Shipping Policy. If you don't, we'll work with the carrier and figure something out — but we can't guarantee a full refund or replacement on uninsured orders. Get the insurance. It's $1.98.

Refunds for canceled orders

Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placement, no questions. After 30 minutes, the order is usually already in the warehouse queue and we can't pull it. In that case, you can wait for it to arrive and start a return.

Refund timing

After we receive your return, refunds process within 5 business days on our end. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3-10 business days to show the refund on your statement. If 14 days pass without the refund showing up, write us and we'll send you the refund confirmation receipt to share with your bank.

Write us. We're a real small business, not a chatbot or an outsourced support center. If something's gone wrong and the policy doesn't address it, we'll try to figure something out.
